Protected text runtime
Text interaction, governed upload routing, retrieval, checkpoints, and protected server-side executive guidance are live. Voice and visual modes are reserved but not yet live.

Sign in with the Michael-only access secret. The runtime now upgrades that into a rate-limited, user-agent-bound secure session, but this is still not the final long-term identity model.
